SIR O. MOSLEY
REJOINS THE CONSERVATIVES. [BY CABLE—PBESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] (Received July 9, 1 p.m.) LONDON, July 8. There was a sensational scene in the House of Commons, when Sir Oswald Mosley took his seat on the Conservative back-bench, escorted by the Conservative Chief Whip, amid Labour cries of “Blackleg.” Mr Forgan crossed similarly.
Sir O. Mosley was formerly a Conservative, then in turn Liberal, and Labour. Recently, he started a new party, which was unsuccessful.
