REEFTON, July S. , Mr Brittenden, District Traffic Manager, arrived in Reefton last evening. An employee of the Alexander Mines, S. McCarthy, received injuries to his shoulder yesterday, while loading a pack horse at the dump at: tlie mouth of Quartz Creek. The shoulder was dislocated, and he went to Waiuta for attention at the Cottage Hospital there, later coming to Reefton for medical attention. Mr P. Moulder, of the Dunedin Railway Station staff, who has been on a holiday .here, left for Dunedin yesterday. The condition of Mrs E. Bolitho, who is an inmate of the Grey Hospital, is causing her friends anxiety.
