The only exemptions from payment of the levy are: (1) Returned soldiers receiving total disablement pensions udder the War Pensions Act 1915; (2) All recipients of pensions under the Pensions Act 1926; (3) A Native, that is a “Native” within the meaning of tho Native Land Act 1909.
