The Budget Committee of the Reichstag struck out the first instalment for the second ■ “podket battleship” from the Naval Estimates. ' LONDON, May 9.

The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent says the decision as to the pocket battleship is practically certain to be confirmed by the Reichstag.
