Alexander, Nelson and Motueka, early. Regulus, Onakaka, early. AT OTHER PORTS. WESTPORT, March 31. Sailed at 7.20 p.m. on 30th, Regulus for Greymouth. SHIPPINGNOTES. The Kahika sailed yesterday with coal and timber for Miramar and Wellington. The Ngatoro is due from Westport on Thursday to load coal. The Kahika is due to return about Thursday from Wellington. The Regulus arrived early this morning to discharge general cargo. After discharge she will load coal for Onakaka. The Alexander is due tonight from Wellington, via Nelson and Westport, with general cargo. Aftei’ discharge she loads timbei’ for Nelson and Motueka.

The scow Moa is unloading rails before proceeding to Hokitika to load timber. While crossing the bar yesterday morning the Kahika bumped slightly. She was drawing 15 feet 6 inches, and sailed 100 tons short of her full load.
