Te Kinga and Wallis Siding met at cricket at Te Kinga, the home team winning by 69 runs jjn the first innings. Te Kinga batted first, making the good total of 96 runs. The chief batsmen were A. Marshall (29), L. Thompson (21), and F. Chambers (12). Wallis Siding made a weak re> ply, with 27 runs, J. Davis securing 22 of them. Thompson, of Te Kinga, took 5 wickets for 5 runs, Chambers 2 for 2 and Callaghan 2 for 6. For Wallis Siding, Rogers took 3 wickets for 3 runs.
