Holland, M.P., has received the following correspondence relating to the Buller Electorate: —< Blackball School Committee —From the Minister of Education (23/10/29): “As you are aware the present school site at Blackball is a small one, and when the time comes to replace the existing building it is not desirable to rebuild on this site. I have pleasure in advising you therefore that I have approved of a grant for the purchase of a new site of five acres.” Taylorville School —From the Minister of Education (23/10/29): “I have pleasure in advising you that in order to provide a room for each teacher on the staff, I have approved of a grant for alterations to the Taylorville school.”
