The amount of coal exported from the port of Greymouth for the month' ended March 2 was 22,280 tons, made: up by the following:—State Mines 6214 tons, Blackball 7034 tons, Rapahoe; 1744 tons, Paparoa 932 tons, Dobson: 6029 tons, and Castle Point 327 tons. ; Timber shipped from the port for the same period totalled 3,213,403' superficial feet. GOLD QUOTATION. LONDON, March 23. Gold is now quoted at £4/4/llld per ounce.
