■■■■■l, I —ll^^— «—— I PARIS, Dec. 28. ' “Le Journal” states that half a share in the Spanish lottery prize is held jointly by Primo De Rivera, Duke Dealba, and M. Leon, Spanish Ambassador in Paris. These three were dining at a Madrid hotel last summer, when they discussed the lottery and despatched a groom to buy half a ticket.
