SYDNEY, December 5. The new Electoral Bill, providing for a re-distribution of electorates, is now before the Legislative Assembly. The Sydney Metropolitan area is to have forty-three seats, . Newcastle area five seats, and the country area forty-two seats. Each metropolitan electorate is to have about 20,090 electors, and each country electorate approximately 14,000, consequently the balance of voting power in favour of the country electorates, will be nearly 50 per cent.
