(Stock Reserve) area 32a 2 rds —F. W. Lammas (deed.)’to J. O. Lammas. —Approved. Mortgage—Section 299 Town of Westport. Area 1 rood —J. Kilkenny.— Approved. Application for Land —300 acres being open portion of sections 55, 8 and 10, Blocks XI. and XII Howard Survey District.—Applicant Thomas Joyce.— Approved. 700 acres of snow grass country situated in Blocks XIII and XIV Mai Mai Survey District. Applicant W. Clayton.—Resolved to issue an Occupation License at an annual rental of £3/10/- with access through Provisional State Forest, subject to conditions stipulated by Conservator of State Forests.

Miscellaneous—The Commissioner reported that the prdperty lately occupied by J. L. Huddlestone had been revalued by the Field Inspector.—Resolved to re-offer the property on. Renewable Lease at a capital value of £125, weighted with £250 in favour of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Account. . • The Commissioner reported the position regarding four Occupation Licenses situated in Waitakere and Steeples Survey Districts. —Resolved to cancel the Occupation License held by Messrs A. P. Herring, John Dickson and Ben Williams. , The Board also dealt with six applications to transfer, 1 mortgage, 1 application for land, 1 application to surrender portion of section, 1 show cause, 4 forfeitures, 1 surrender,. 4 applications for advances under the D.S.S. Act, 1 application for relief under the Deteriorated Lands Act 1925 and ten miscellaneous.
