<Our Own Correspondent.) HOKITIKA, October 29. The auxiliary ketch Elsie arrived at the Hokitika wharf yesterday. She leaves for the South this afternoon. Among the passengers will be Mr T. Toohey, who goes to Okuru to put the new Dairy Company there in the way of running their factory. Mr Irwin, Schools Inspector, will also be a passenger. For the past three days, whitebait have been very plentiful in the Hokitika river.
