LONDON. Feb. 25. The germ of the foot and mouth disease which lost Britain millions, has been discovered to be peculiarly susceptible to a simple inexpensive disinfectant of vinegar. According tc- the forecast, the Government Commission’s report considers the ban on the importation of Continental carcases was completely justified.
