GREYMOUTH v. RUNANGA Three rinks from the Runanga Bowling Club visited Greymouth on Saturday to play &■ match with the local Club for the Reynolds Badges, and suffered defeat by 66 points to 48. The following' were the detailed scores, Greymouth players being mentioned first in each instance:— Moss, Doogan, Reynolds, Blair (s) 26, v. Unwin, Warburton, Armstrong, Speakman (s) 12. Brebner, Holmes, Graham, Steer (s) 27, v. Bowes, Gore, Baddeley, Leach (s) 13. J. Kyle, Armstrong, Mercer, Jones (s) 13, v. Halliday, Boote, Munson, Clark (s) 23. Totals. —Greymouth 66; Runanga 48. Blair’s rink w'fts declared the winners of the badges. Mr. J. Kyle (Vice-President) presented the Badges to the winning rink, and congratulated them on their play. Mr. Bowes, on behalf of the Runanga players expressed pleasure at the cordial reception extended to them, and said that his club would be back again for the Badges before very long.
