(To the Editor.) Sir,—ln your last night's issue y<>u report that the Old Age Pension Bill was founded in Kumara. I beg to differ .Mr W. Powell, of Christchurch, was the one to draw up the Bill, His idea was 60 years for men and 55 for women, with 20 y&lrs in the Colony. Yours etc-., >1 VISITOR TO GREYMOUTH.
