The “Daily Express’s” Rome correspondent states that the Pope has decided to end his voluntary imprisonment in the Vatican in November, 1926, when His Holiness will make a pilgrimage to the Tomb of St. Francis of Assisi, to assist in connection with the 700th anniversary of St. Francis’s death.

Other Rome newspaper correspondents confinn that the Pope is considering the possibility of ending the voluntary Papal imprisonment, and coming to an agreement with the Italian G overnment, but ..they say that a decision has not ,yet been, reached.
