DEPORTATION APPEAL, SYDNEY, December 1. The High Court continued the hear, ing of Tom Walsh’s case to-day. It overruled counsel’s objection that the case had been improperly removed to the High Court. The senior counsel for Walsh then, submitted that there was no legal warrant for Walsh’s detension as the sectip»• o£ the .Act, under which he was being detained, was ultra vires of Parliament under Iho Constitution.
