(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) BERLIN, ecember 1.

Thirty million marks in cash, 180,000 . acres of agricultural land, three palaces in Berlin, and one in Baselberg, also some Berlin house property, is the price the Prussian Ministry of Finance agreed to pay the ex-Kaiser. As compensation the Prussian State retains the so-called Crown castles, all works of art in the Berlin Museum, the Schack Gallery in Munich, the Crown jewels, the Hohenzollern Museum, Library and Archives from the Royal theatres, their endowments of 70,000 acres of lands and forests, some house property in Berlin and Pottsdam, and also revenue from the former Crown estates.

The Ministry declares that thirty millions above those mentioned is equivalent to the value of the property which now falls into the hands of the State.
