Fearing the Junker wild men would attempt to hold tip the Pact delegation, Dr. Lu.ther and Dr. Stresemaun en route.to London; they stealthily departed by a special train, joining the ordinary express at 'a secret rendezvous. The Nationalists are working for a great agitation against President Hindenburg for signing the Locarno legislation.
