The weekly dancing assembly con--4 tinues to meet with great success, and ■ the committee hope that by the time ■ the contractor is ready to remove the P hall from its present site, they will be in .such a financial position to enable them to go straight ahead with the laying down of the new floor, also other improvements which are urgently needed. Mr Beban is almost ready to’ complete arrangements in connection with the mnning of his pictures, so the people of Dobson and Brunnerton will not be long in having the amusement, which they have long waited for. The dance held in Taylorville on Friday last,' in aid of the injured footballer, Mr D. Guthrie, met with great success, and it must be pleasing to Mr W. L. Patterson and his committee that their efforts were so well rewarded.
