Taken at Greymouth at 9 a.m. today—Wind, east; barometer, 30.14 ; thermometer, 46; tides, good; bar, moderate swell. ( THE WEATHER. For 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day “The indications are for westerly breezes, freshening from moderate to strong. Expect changeable and showery weather. The barometer will probaly fall soon. Sea moderate and tides good.”
