PAPERMAKING MOOTED. MELBOURNE, November 9. Resolutions carried at Perth by the Press Conference, urging the establishment of a papermaking industry, were presented to Dr. Earle Page, who promised to immediately consult Sir G. Knibbs with the Object of arranging Government backing if the industry indicated any prospects of success. _____
