GENEVA. September 17. AL Jovanovitch, member of the Jugo-Slav delegation, declared that the new development at. Fiume had nN affected the question at present undi r negotiation between Rome and Belgrade. Jugo-Slavia desired to continue negotiations, and in the event of a failure, the matter could be submitted fo arbitration by the Swiss President, or the Council of the League of Nations. GREEK APOLOGIES. ATHENS, September 17. In fulfilment of the first of the Allies’ demands, the Minister of War, M. Mavromichalis has officially apologised to the Rogations of Britain, France ami Italy, for the murder of flu Tellini mission.
