At the Coal Tribunal, Mr AVillis (for the miners) announced that notice had been filed in the High Court asking it to restrain the Coal Tribunal from dealing with the alleged dispute. The Federal High Court unanimously made absolute an injunction order made by Mr Justice Harker, restraining the Australian AA r orkers’ Union from directly or indirectly causing, .counselling, or encouraging shearers to strike against Justice Power’s Federal award for shearers. MELBOURNE, Juno 25. The Australian AVorkers’ Union officials state that the High Court’s injunction against the Union will not alter the men’s determination to refuse to work under Mr Justice Power’s award.
