The Allied Reparations Commission announces that the German Government has paid 50,000,000 gold marks, being the third monthly payment in accordance with the commission s terms arranged in March. ALLIES’ COMMITTEE. PARIS, June .17. The Committee of Guarantees has gone to Berlin to organise the control of Government receipts and expenditures, and to seek an agreement relating to restrictions of the exportation of capital.
