At a meeting of the West Coast police members of the Public Service Association', held at Grey mouth this week, the following resolution was unanimously carried : —“That this meeting of the West Coast members of the Police Branch of the Public Service Association knows of no cause, and no good reasons have been shown them, why they should sever their connection with the Association.” The _ Auckland police force branch of the Public Service Association has also decided unanimously J' o refuse to sever its connection with the Association, holding that the Government and not the Association bore the reponsibility for the wages reduction.
