General Bruce has arrived at Darjeeling to complete arrangements for ihe forthcoming Alt. Everest, expedition. A partv of expert Swiss mountaineers will later join ihe expedition, and will be provided with oxygen apparu tits for use, in the rarefied air m tho upper regions of the mountains. All details are being carefully .arranged from experience gained on tho last expeuition.
