The land comprises 274 acres freehold, 95Q5 acres L.I.P. and 173 O.R.P. and will be sold in six lots as notified m an advertisement appearing/m page one of this issue. The terms of sale in all cases are, ten per cent, on fall of hammer, and the balance on Ist April, 1920, on which day possession will be iiiven.
