SEQUEL TO THE STRIKE, COURT-' PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MEN, [per mess association.] , WELLINGTON, This Day. In connection with, the recent refusal of the waterside workers to coal the Maori, fourteen informations -against the men concerned have been issued under the War Regulations gazetted on 9th February, 1917, dealing with strikes and"lock-outs. Thirty-five informations have also been issued against men who refused to unload coal from the Kittawa. The trouble arose over the use of the Burton block. ' The Maori's cases come before the Magistrate to-morrow, and the Kittawa cases on Tuesday. An adjournment will probably be asked for in both cases,
