The Breeze leaves mouth to-night, and is dtf enere'tniTvlonday. She_ loads for New Plymouth, sailing the same night. The Regulus sailed last evening for Onehunga with a cargo of coal and timber. . The Kennedy sailed last night for Want ganui, coal laden. The Waimea, en route f*om Wellington, leaves Nelson to-day for Westport and Greymouth and is due here on Monday morning. She discharges general cargo, and loads coal for JTarakohe. The Alexander TeavSS Onehunga to-day for Greymouth, via way ports, and is due here on Tuesday. " '" The Kanna, arrived from Auckland last evening, and loads timber for Sydney. The Karamu arrived last evening, and sails for Lyttelton to-night, coal laden. The Arahm-a Ts "d»e on Monday morning,, antfl eaila for Wellington; *la usual ports, at 5 o'clock the same evening. The Kamo arrived this morning, and sails to-morrow morning for Wellington, coal laden.
The Kowhai is due from Wellington on Monday morning, and loads coal for the same port. The KM leaves Timaru to-night for Grey direct. A good deal of interest was evinced in a race yesterday between the Kanna and Karamu from Cape Foulwind to Greymouth. Coming down the coast both vessels got abeam off the Cape and a ding-dong go ensued, the Karamu at the last moment just having enough to spare to be- the first to take the bar. The Flora leaves Dunedin to-night for Oahiaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Nelson, Westport, and Greymouth. 7 The Ngatoro arrived this morning from Lytelton, and sails to-night for Dunedin. The Ngakuta arrived this afternoon from Wellington, and sails on return on Monday. . , The Ngahere is due this afternoon from Gisborne/ and sails on Monday for Lyttelton.
