The maximum temperature recorded yesterday was 48 degrees, and the minimum was 38 degrees. At 9 o'clock this morning the barometer registered 30.30 in., and the thermometer 49 degrees. During the 24 hours ending at 9 a.m. today the rainfall was 0.15 in., making a total of 0.30 m? on two flays this month. Increasing haze and cloudiness ; iain probable. Tne barometer has a falling tendency; tides poor, sea moderate swell, sea increasing on the coast.
