DEATH OF MR J. N. BROWN

DIED AT SYDNEY. [BT TELEGRAPH—SPECIAL TO THE STAR.] DUNEDIN, This Day. A private cable anounces the death at Sydney yesterday, of Mr J. N. girown. for many years manager of the North Dunedin branch of the National Bank. He retired about a year ago on account of illhealth, and took up his permanent residence in Sydney. Mr Brown was at one time' a member of the Dunedin Hospital Board. Death was due to pneumonia.
