W. 0. ltferworth v. Thomas Donaldson 'Mr Lawry), claim for £9 Is.—Judgment for plaintiff by default for amount claimed and costs £1 8s 6d. James Wills Co. v. John Debney (Mr Lawry), (Claim for £4 12s.—Judgment for plaintiff by default in amount claimed and 10/ costs. Mr Crooke, S.M., reserved his decision ill Itsfli v. Billett, Mr Hannan appearing for tie plaintiff and Mr Lawry for the defendant. Tlie claim was for £6O, being £SO paid for a horse and dray which defeidant had failed to deliver and rneanwhie the horse died, and £lO damages for'non-delivery. The evidence was leigihy, and occupied the Court for fully the hoars in the hearing.
