' NAPIER,* This Day.—Comment was made at yesterday's meeting of the Chamber of Commerce or> the absence of reliable news concerning Argentine trade. Une member pointed out that a drought oi an extensive character had occurred, and this affected the output enormously; prices went up in London, and this information would have been very useful to the Dominion producers if obtained promptly instead of having to wait six weeks, the Chamber moved that the Minister of Agriculture be asked to make arrangements with the High Commissioner tor cabling reliable information as to what is happening in Argentine as affecting New Zealand trade.
