[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] CANADA’S SHIPBUILDING REQUIREMENTS. LONDON, April 7.—Sir Robert Perks is the chief promoter of the company to provide three dry docks at Lewis, Quebec and St. Johns (New Brunswick), each 900 ft loop, 100 ft wide and 35ft deep, also the erection of a first-class steel ehinbuildinet plant at St. John’s. Harland and Wolff and the Canadian Steamship Company are co-operating, being satisfied with the increased subsidy. The works will bo commenced at the end of the year.
