The following passengers left for Christchurch this morning:—Messrs Muleock, Kirwan, Preston, Prudhoe, White Parsons, J. Marrj and-Mrs Hopgood. The following passengers arrived front Christchurch last night:—Sisters of Mercy i): Messrs M. J.Gilberd, R. H. Turton 3.M W. C. Hay, D. H. Brophy, L'. Clark, William Goss, T. H. Ker, C E t'age and: J. Brown. ■ According to latest news Mrs Seddon is now making satisfactory progress towards recovery. The lady lis still confined td her room and under the direction of her medical attendant. It is honed that in a fortnight or so-Mrs Seddon will be well enough to leave: her room. Mrs Bean ,of Adding- . ton, is at Wellington nursing her mother.
