The trial of Claude Paget on a charge of having murdered Eleanor Axup is being continued to-day. Sydney Tisdall gave evidence concerning the bullets found in the wood of the room where the tragedy took place. He was of opinion that at least ono of the bullets came from one of the empty cartridges found in the revolver used by accused. Bho ironmonger who sold the revolver and several medical witnesses were also examined.
