IN MEMORIAM.

ROBERTS.—In loving memory of John Roberts and Sons, who were killed in the Brunner mine explosion, on March 26th, 1896. A light is from our household gone, Voices we loved are stilled— Places are vacant at our hearth Which never can be filled. Loving father and brothers, true and kind, They were to us in heart and mind ; A careful husband was, too, as well When ho with us on earth did dwell. Dead to this cold, unfeeling world— Dead to this thoughtless breast — Dead to false friends deceits, alarms: From such they safely rest. —lnserted by his loving wife and sons.
