The Keichsrath, by two hundred and forty votes lo eight, protested against the recent modifications in the Hungarian Customs without the Keichsrath’s consent. t (/ount Slernbury, writing in the Czech Free Lance, dissented from the motion, and added that, i.f Constitutional procedure had admitted, he would have moved to request the Emperor Josef to transfer the reins to younger hands.
