Mr D. McKay presided at the special general meeting of the West Coast Rugby Union, held last evening in the Albion Hotel, for the purpose of electing a Secretary and two members of the Committee. Mr M. Keating was unanimously elected Secretary, and Messrs J. Beirno and j. Comiollie (Dunollic) to the vacancies on the Committee.
