The Harbor Master reported as follows:—The 1 •-- continued in good, condition during .the past month, although a considerable amount of sea prevailed .Wifh very little fresh in the river. 1,, attribute the improvement to the extension of the north wall confining the-current. The average depth of watfip'Jpn the bar for the past month has been 20ft 2in., and in the river 19fW.
