Christcliurdi April J 1 Myitle Long, a married woman, was to-day committed to the supreme Court for trial on a charge that on March 2-5 with intent to do grievous bodily harm, sho discharged n loaded revolver at Arthur Way, a salesman. AN hen Airs Long first appeared she Mas charged with attempted murder but to-day the police oifered no evidence on this charge, which was accardijngly dismissed and the other charge was substituted. Accused is Yn American by birth. Mrs Long was admitted t 0 bail, in >cll ior and one suretv ot £2OO. Way pleaded aiot guilty to being found without lawful excuse on the premises occupied Vy Airs Long and to be ing an idle and disorderly per*°n having insufficient means of support. His case was adjourned, bail of £2O being allowed.
