FAVOURABLE BALANCE A BIG IMPROVEAIENT SIX MONTHS' FIGURES (Ter Press Association) Wellington, August 10. Tlie timber imports and exports of the Dominion for the first lix months of this year show a favourable trade balance of over 10 million feet (hoard measurement), valued at £93,790 --miparol with a .slight adverse balance or the eorespondit'n; period of last year and an. average adverse balance of about 10 million feet (£136.000) for the same period of the years 1928-30.
