Owing to the inability of the two managers to agree upon a referee for to-morrow’s fight between Cook and Camera it will be staged without a referee. The public present will be called pon. to. give the verdict by applause. The Boxing Board of Control, which declares such a "contest illegal in Britain, meets to-morrow to discuss the position.
