OBITUARY

DI KE OF NORTHUMBERLAND

(Aust. and N.Z. Cable) London, Aug. 23.

The death is announced of the eighth Puke of Northumberland who succeeded his father in -May, 1018. Born in 1880, he married in 1011 'Lady Helen Gordon Lennox, daughter of tlve Duke of Richmond, there- being four sons and two daughters of the marriage.

Obituary.—Mr. Nimrod Parker, 65, AC one time h t , was the best allround athlete in New Zealand and was the father of .1. Parker, the All Black player. Mr. Nimrod Parker also coached \V. F. Simpson aml Hoetor Burke.
