MOTOR CYCLIST FINED
HE WAS INTOXICATED (Per Press Association! Te A roll a,, Nov. 3U. William Wallace was fined £5 by a J.P. on a charge of having been found in charge of a motor cycle while intoxicated. Wallace was found lying in some grass in a helpless condition, near the motor cycle, with Lab a bottle of whisky in his pocket- The benzine tank was empty.
