While |tjhe flood waters on the North Coast were receding torrential rains fell on the South 'Coast, eaus■i.ng grave concern. The Kcmpsey mail train, bad a. narrow escape when, it nearly ran into n landslide blocking the linenear Gloucester. The Hawkesbury river i.s now 20 feet above its .summer level. The poßce are informed that heavy floods a,re rushing towards Windsor.
