In the meantime—last week to he exact— Hit* American market wits t-Hod out with a shipment of Delicious apples, and cabled word comes that the shipment brought 20s (3 dollars) per case, whilst during the same week' onr Delicious apple* brought from Us to 12s <>d per -*<Hb r:ls, ‘ in England. lint the Americans want a bigger and brighter apple than the Londoner htt.vs. and it is this tact that makes the testing of the American market so valuable—a different apple for each eotmirv would mean so much to our growers in selling their crops, which this season have been especially prolific.
