UNEMPLOYMENT
SLIGHT JMIHtOYEMENT (Per Pi •ess Association) Auckland, Nov. 22. The position regarding unemployment in Auckland showed a slight improvement last week. On Saturday there were 597 on the unemploymen roll at the Labour Bureau,’ as against 621 for tlie previous Saturday. Forty men were placed in, employment, compared with 62 for the previous week. It is anticipated tliat ho number" now will now show a steady decrease.
