MR RUDD’S WOOLSHED

DESTROY HD BY FIRE. (Press Association Telegram). Blenheim, ‘March 11. A tire at 3 o’clock this morning dost roved the large woolshed, engine room, stocks of oats and a stack ot peas on Wenopai station, Waihopai, owned by Mr W. G. Rudd. The shed was capable of accommodating 1400 sheen and 10 stands for shearers. The engine house contained a 10 h.p. Tan’gvc engine. '('here were 10 Wolseley machines in the woolshed, which also contained a quantity a quantity of grass and clover seed, tents, horse covers, chaff - eutter. sawbeneh, wool press, weigher and sundry tools. Everything was totally destroyed and (he origin of the fire is a mystery. The damage is estimated at €2ooo. There are insurances.
